The U.S. Department of Energy's National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) held its annual Earth Day Poster Contest. The theme for this year’s Earth Day is “Planet vs. Plastics – Help reduce plastic pollution!” Students from schools near NETL’s laboratory sites in Pittsburgh, PA, Morgantown, WV, and Albany, OR were invited to design posters featuring their favorite ways to restore the Earth and its precious resources.
