Kimberly Dellinger serves as a Senior Resource Manager with EM CBC. Kimberly has over 30 years of Federal civilian service and began her career in Human Resources in 2001. She has been with the EM Consolidated Business Center since October of 2005. Kimberly has achieved Level II Certification in HR Management from Graduate School, USA and completed the Executive Potential Program in 2015.
