Scope: OCC requires services for 13 users
1. Participant Profile
The Office of Chief Counsel (OCC), at the Department of Energy (DOE) Environmental Management Consolidate Business Center (EMCBC) is in Cincinnati, OH. OCC has utilized an online database service to research matters related to Federal employment law. This database is crucial to conduct research on employment law matters that arise while providing EMCBC client sites Legal Services. EMCBC provides its customers services in Contracting, Financial Management, Human Resources, Information Resource Management, Cost Estimating and Analysis, Technical Support, and Asset Management.
Chief Counsel (OOC) provides attorney and paralegal services, as needed, to resolve legal issues
arising at the EMCBC, satellite offices, and client sites. Accessibility is critical and must provide users with breaking news critical to legal decision-making, and practical guidance to handle everyday federal workplace challenges, ready-to-use standard forms and tools, plus authoritative references like the Broida and Hadley Guides.
