This library of federal resources and tools seeks to help state and local partners and other stakeholders identify successful energy solutions for low-income households. These resources were compiled through the coordination and partnership of the Interagency Collaborative on Energy Solutions for Low-Income Communities, whose goal is to promote collaboration between federal agencies on energy initiatives for low-income communities to increase the value and effectiveness of these products and services. Stakeholders can catalogue and customize these resources using the Program Funding Catalog. The Program Funding Catalog is meant to be utilized as a worksheet for stakeholders to help map out relevant resources for their low-income planning or program needs.
