The U.S. Department of Energy's Bioenergy Technologies Office (BETO) understands that the growing U.S. bioeconomy is creating workforce development opportunities in a wide range of technical and non-technical disciplines. These opportunities are needed to help the U.S. transform to a clean energy economy.

To help the U.S. bioenergy workforce realize its full potential, BETO created the Bioenergy Workforce Training Opportunities Map, a component of BETO's Bioenergy Career Map. By using this map, individuals can learn about institutions across the United States that offer location-based or online bioenergy career training options.
