Director of Environmental Compliance, Office of Energy Dominance Financing (EDF)
Todd Stribley became the Director of Environmental Compliance at the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Energy Dominance Financing (EDF) in 2021 and has been a part of the office's environmental team since 2011. Mr. Stribley leads the environmental team, which is responsible for EDF's implementation of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) as well as environmental monitoring throughout the life of the EDF loan or loan guarantee. The EDF environmental team collaborates with applicants to successfully navigate and execute comprehensive environmental reviews of complex energy and infrastructure projects.
Prior to joining EDF, Mr. Stribley spent almost 20 years in the private sector working with Federal, state, local, non-profit, and commercial entities. His experience encompasses environmental planning and policy development, NEPA program/project development and management, and environmental investigation, remediation, and compliance activities.
Mr. Stribley holds an M.S. in Environmental Science and Public Policy from George Mason University and a B.S. in Biology from St. Lawrence University.
