Director, Office of Resource Management
Stephen (Steve) Turner is the Director of the Office of Resource Management within the Office of Enterprise Assessments (EA) at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). He manages all budget, procurement, human capital, communications, and administrative services for the organization.
Mr. Turner has over 15 years of experience in the government, including 8 years as an officer in the U.S. Army where he served two tours in Operation Iraqi Freedom. After leaving the Army, Mr. Turner worked as a contractor for the Army and DOE. He joined EA’s Office of Analysis and Evaluation following several years working in DOE’s Office of the Chief Information Officer.
Mr. Turner holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic media and film production from Towson University and a master’s degree in logistics management from North Dakota State University.
