On July 29, 2026, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Enforcement notified PanTeXas Deterrence, LLC, of its intent to investigate potential noncompliances with DOE’s classified information security program (10 C.F.R. Part 824) requirements related to the improper protection of a classified desktop computer.
