This report provides the results of an inspection of the environment, safety, and health programs at the Department of Energy's (DOE) Sandia Site Office and Sandia National Laboratories. The inspection was conducted during January and February 2008 by the DOE Office of Independent Oversight's Office of Environment, Safety and Health Evaluations, which is within the Office of Health, Safety and Security.
