This report provides the results of an inspection of the environment, safety, and health programs at the Department of Energy's (DOE) Los Alamos Site Office and Los Alamos National Laboratory. The inspection was conducted from October through December 2007 by the DOE Office of Independent Oversight's Office of Environment, Safety and Health Evaluations, which is within the Office of Health, Safety and Security.
