This report provides the results of an independent oversight review of Nevada Site Office and National Security Technologies line oversight and contractor assurance systems self-assessment at the Department of Energy's (DOE) Nevada National Security Site. The review was conducted September 19-23, 2011, by the Office of Safety and Emergency Management Evaluations, within the DOE Office of Health, Safety and Security.
