This report provides the results of an inspection of the environment, safety, and health programs at the Department of Energy's (DOE) Y-12 Site Office and Y-12 National Security Complex. The inspection was conducted from March through May 2008 by the DOE Office of Independent Oversight's Office of Environment, Safety and Health Evaluations, which is within the Office of Health, Safety and Security.
