Inspection of Environment, Safety, and Health and Emergency Management at the Nevada Test Site
This report provides the more detailed results of an inspection of environment, safety, and health management at the Department of Energy's (DOE) Nevada Test Site. The inspection was conducted in September and October 2002 by the DOE Office of Independent Oversight and Performance Assurance. The inspection also included an evaluation of the emergency management program at the site, the results of which are provided in a Volume II to this report. The overall results from the inspection are provided in a separate summary report.
