This report provides the results of an independent oversight inspection of the emergency management program at the Department of Energy's (DOE) Livermore Site Office and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. The inspection was performed in October and November 2008 by the Office of Independent Oversight’s Office of Emergency Management Oversight, within the DOE Office of Health, Safety and Security.
