This report provides the results of an independent oversight inspection of the Department of Energy's (DOE) Radiological Assistance Program. The inspection was performed from November 2005 to January 2006 by the Office of Independent Oversight’s Office of Emergency Management Oversight, within the DOE Office of Security and Safety Performance Assurance.
