This report provides the results of a series of follow-up reviews of emergency management programs at Department of Energy (DOE) sites that was conducted by the Office of Independent Oversight and Performance Assurance's Office of Emergency Management Oversight. The reviews were a follow-up to a complex-wide evaluation of DOE emergency management programs that was completed in early 1998.
