On August 26, 2026, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Enterprise Assessments’ Office of Enforcement issued a Final Notice of Violation to Engert, LLC (WEA-2025-03) for violations of the DOE’s 10 C.F.R. Part 851 Worker Safety and Health Program requirements related to a worker injury when struck by a telehandler truss boom attachment at the at the Translational Research Facility at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
