On July 29, 2026, the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Enforcement issued an Enforcement Letter (NEL-2026-01) to Triad National Security, LLC for weaknesses in the process used to exclude sealed radiological sources from facility inventory during hazard categorization at the Los Alamos National Laboratory.
