On September 10, 2025, the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Enterprise Assessments’ Office of Enforcement issued an Enforcement Letter (NEL-2025-01) to Savannah River Mission Completion, LLC related to the processing of a batch from the Defense Waste Processing Facility (DWPF) Recycle Collection Tank (RCT) without following approved procedures at the Savannah River Site.
