On September 28, 2011, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Health, Safety and Security’s Office of Enforcement and Oversight issued an Enforcement Letter to CH2M-Washington Group Idaho, LLC (NEL-2011-01) related to nuclear quality assurance and work control deficiencies that occurred during the construction of the Sodium Bearing Waste Treatment Project at DOE's Idaho National Laboratory.
