The Department of Energy Photo Contest will officially launch January 2018! Each quarter a new photo will be picked to display in the reception area on the 7th floor. Photos submitted should highlight the Department’s efforts to advance America’s energy independence and innovation, or show how ENERGY is found in daily life.
Who: YOU… The contest is open to amateur and/or professional photographers. The only requirement is participants must be DOE employees and/or DOE contract employees.
Theme: Energy, or anything energy related. Consider work space, projects or just day to day activity.
Prize: The winning photo will be enlarged and displayed in the Secretary’s reception area. All entries will be included in a gallery on the DOE website.
How to Enter: Please email submissions to PhotoContest@hq.doe.gov.
When: Deadlines will be March 15, June 15, and September 15.
