    In the Matter of Altmans Products LLC (showerheads), DOE Case Number 2011-CW-1402, Notice of Proposed Civil Penalty. The DOE, having found Altmans in violation of compliance certification requirements under the EPCA for the applicable energy conservation standards, issues this notice of a proposed civil penalty in the amount of $642,480, with a maximum possible penalty of $110 per day through January 12, 2010 and $200 per day as of January 13, 2010. DOE offers the payment of the penalty, the option to refer the matter to administrative law judge, or settlement.
