Melissa Klembara is the Deputy Director for the Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations. She is overseeing programs that demonstrate first-of-a-kind (FOAK) technologies in the U.S. industrial and energy sectors to unlock private sector follow on investments. She has over 20 years of public sector experience at DOE managing RD&D portfolios and conducting strategic planning and analysis to show impact. She worked for several years as an corporate auditor and engineer in the pulp and paper industry.
