U.S. Secretary of Energy Rick Perry to Participate in 2018 World Gas Conference

For the first time in over 30 years, the World Gas Conference will be hosted in the United States.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Next week, U.S. Secretary of Energy Rick Perry and other top DOE officials will be participating in the 27th World Gas Conference in Washington, D.C. Perry will deliver remarks on Tuesday, June 26, 2018, as well as participate in multiple panel discussions and bilateral meetings throughout the week of June 25-June 29, 2018.

For the first time in over 30 years, the World Gas Conference will be hosted in the United States. The Department of Energy will be leading a number of events in partnership with the American Gas Association and other hosting organizations, including the Department of State and Department of Interior.
