WASHINGTON, D.C. – On Wednesday, June 12, 2019, U.S. Secretary of Energy Rick Perry will participate in the second official visit of Poland’s President Andrzej Duda.   On the margins of the visit, he will join Poland’s Minister of Secretary of State for Strategic Energy Infrastructure Piotr Naimski, to witness the signing of a major agreement between an American and Polish company for the purchase of American LNG.

On Friday, June 14, 2019, Secretary Perry and President Duda will travel to Louisiana to tour Cheniere’s Sabine Pass LNG terminal. The two leaders will also hold a bilateral meeting to discuss opportunities to bolster U.S.-Poland energy cooperation. Following the tour, President Duda and Secretary Perry will hold a press conference.
