WASHINGTON, D.C. - Yesterday, August 16, 2017, President Donald J. Trump announced that Secretary of Energy Rick Perry will lead a Presidential Delegation to the Republic of Kazakhstan on August 28, 2017. The Delegation will travel to Astana, Kazakhstan to attend the EXPO International Fair on "Future Energy".

"I am honored to lead the delegation representing President Trump and the United States during this year’s EXPO,” said Secretary Perry. “Kazakhstan is a valuable ally and I look forward to a productive trip to Astana as we strengthen and broaden our work together to enhance energy security and bring economic growth to both nations."
