The Energy Efficiency Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) Capitalization Grant Program provides capitalization grants to state energy offices to establish revolving loan funds that provide loans and grants to businesses and homeowners for energy efficiency audits, upgrades, and retrofits to increase energy efficiency.
The 50 states, District of Columbia, and five U.S. territories are eligible to receive one-time formula grants from the RLF Program. The U. S. Department of Energy will announce RLF Program awards on a rolling basis. The map and table below summarize awards made to date.
