Subcontractor shall provide all parts, tools, equipment, programming software, supplies, transportation, facilities, labor, and supervision necessary to repair all fixed SPR radio equipment on a 24 hour basis at all SPR sites from 2014-2017. Subcontractor shall verify the SPR radio equipment inventory annually and analyze the SPR radio communications systems for recommended improvements.
