Subcontractor shall furnish all materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, supervision and services required to inspect and repair the DOE workover rig #155, portable work platform, and work platform stairs. The work will be witnessed by an assigned SPR M&O Workover Manager. All work shall be performed offsite at the subcontractor’s facility. Transportation of the rig and equipment to and from the subcontractor’s facility will be performed by another subcontractor. "
