The U.S. Department of Energy is proposing to authorize the use of federal funds by Ocean Renewable Power C ompany, LLC to develop models for the design of a mooring system for their marine hydro kinetic OCGen Pre-Commercial Turbine Generator Unit and to verify the models by deployment of an experimental version of the mooring system in the field.
