Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to enter into a short-term agreement that would extend an existing access agreement with Lewis County Public Utility District (PUD) until September 30, 2014. This existing access agreement and its amendments currently provide BPA and the City of Tacoma with access to the existing Cowlitz Falls Fish Facility at the PUD’s Cowlitz Falls Project, a 70 megawatt hydroelectric dam.
