The objective of the project is to develop and utilize a sensitive, cost-effective method to characterize carbon dioxide, methane, and non-methane hydrocarbon emissions from area sources. The categorical exclusion covers work related to collecting samples from various sources: evaporation ponds, well pads, and adjacent lands to the well pads. Samples will be analyzed at laboratory/office facilities.
