Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to acquire and release access road rights on the Tacoma-Raver Number 1 & 2 230-kilovolt transmission line. The City of Auburn has requested release of two access road tracts in exchange for granting an easement to BPA across an existing access road on the City’s property.
