The proposed action is to install fencing around the Old Line Yard to provide protected storage of roads and grounds equipment (i.e., lawn mowers, signs, etc.). Most fence posts will be hand driven, nine post holes will be drilled to accommodate corner fence posts and gate posts. Excavated soil will be spread near the hole. No waste soil is expected to be generated.
