In this Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NOPR), U.S. Department of Energy proposes amended energy conservation standards for general service fluorescent lamps and incandescent reflector lamps. It also proposes to extend coverage of energy conservation standards of general service fluorescent lamps to additional wattages. The proposed standards, if adopted, would apply to all products listed in Table I.1 and Table I.2 of the NOPR and manufactured in, or imported into, the United States on or after the date three years after the publication of the final rule for this rulemaking.
