Minto Village Council would utilize U.S. Department of Energy funds to weatherize and improve the energy efficiency of their community facility, the Minto Lodge. The Minto Lodge is an approximately 10,000 square foot multi-purpose building owned by the Minto Village Council with rooms for rent, office space, and a commercial kitchen. Project work would include insulating the walls, floor and ceiling; installing energy efficient lighting and occupancy sensors; repairing plumbing leaks; and replacing all windows and doors.
