Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to fund the acquisition of two properties, totaling 96 acres, by the Columbia Land Trust. The Columbia Land Trust would own and manage the properties for fish and wildlife conservation purposes and BPA would receive a conservation easement to ensure that the habitat values on the property are always protected.
