In support of Defense Waste Processing Facility, a probe and a sampler for mercury are to be tested at 999-1W. These tests will involve immersing a resistivity prove with two electrodes through simulant sludge into a pool of elemental mercury. A mercury sampler may also be tested in a similar setup.
