The U.S. DOE is proposing to provide federal funding to Stanford University to conduct research and development activities that advance solar photovoltaic (PV) technology. DOE funding would be used for data collection, analysis and to design, fabricate and assemble a rapid-thermal0processing/X-ray diffraction and fluorescence tool/facility to increase rapid thermal processing for the PC industry.
