The U.S. DOE is proposing to provide federal funding to the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma to conduct a wind resource assessment to quantify and analyze the wind resource potential available on the Tribe's land, which would allow the Tribe to analyze the feasibility of a commercial wind energy project.
