Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) and EWEB have developed a joint plan to add another BPA metering panel segment to the existing BPA Meter Rack at EWEB’s Bertelsen Substation to meter the new EWEB Bertelsen-Seneca 115-kV tie line. BPA would design, fabricate, install, and test the new bidirectional meter panel segment to add to the existing BPA metering rack. BPA, at BPA’s expense, will own, operate, and maintain the equipment and facilities installed. No ground disturbance or alteration to control house would occur.
