This EIS evaluates the environmental impacts of a proposal to allow the electrical interconnection of Whistling Ridge Energy, LLC’s proposed 75-megawatt (MW) wind project in Skamania County, Washington, to the Federal Columbia River Transmission System. DOE’s Bonneville Power Administration will act as the federal lead agency under NEPA and the Washington Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council will act as the state lead agency under the Washington State Environmental Policy Act.
