The scope of the Naval Reactors Facility (NRF) Parking Lot Expansion General Plant Project (GPP) consists of paving the gravel overflow parking/equipment staging area located south of the main NRF parking lot on the west side of Washington Boulevard and provides for the construction of an auxiliary lot on the east side of Washington Boulevard. The intent of this project is to provide additional paved and lighted parking for NRF employees and contractors. The parking areas that will be developed are located within or contiguous to an already developed area where active utilities and currently used roads are readily accessible.
