August 9, 2011Accelerated Development of Zr-containing New Generation FM Steels for Advanced Nuclear Reactors – Oak Ridge National Laboratory
CX(s) Applied: B3.6, B3.10
Date: 08/09/2011
Location(s): Tennessee
Offices(s): Nuclear Energy
The objective of this project is to develop a new generation of Zr-containing FM steels with enhanced high-temperature performance comparable to those of the ODS ferritic steels but still fit within the scope of conventional economic steel production methods.
