Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to fund the Kittitas County Conservation District (KCCD), under the Yakima Tributary Access and Habitat Program (YTAHP), to implement the Naneum Creek at River Mile (RM) 3.75 Fish Passage Project on private land near Ellensburg, Washington. The project would benefit Endangered Species Act (ESA)-listed Middle Columbia River steelhead, Chinook, and coho salmon, and a suite of resident fishes.
