Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to fund the Greenbelt Land Trust (GBLT) to plant native vegetation at the privately owned Harkens Lake site in Benton County, Oregon. The purpose of the planting is to improve and expand the existing floodplain forest habitat and diversity, structural heterogeneity, and function to benefit fish and wildlife.
