BSRA/SRNL with the funding of DOE-EM will be leasing Suite A1 space in Discovery Plaza, located at One 7th Street, Augusta, Georgia. Suite A1 is 35,626 square feet and located on the first floor of Discovery Plaza, which is seated over a parking garage. The space consists of office spaces, laboratory spaces, break rooms, kitchen areas, restrooms, conference rooms, storage areas and common areas (e.g., hallways, lobbies, stairwells). R and D laboratory activities will be conducted in Suite A1. SRNL will execute an initial lease term of ten (10) years.
