Matt Young serves as the Assistant Director for the Office of Technical Support and Asset Management Services at the Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. Now in his nineteenth year as a federal employee, Matt brings deep experience supporting mission critical programs and advancing operational excellence across the organization. He holds a degree in Geology from the University of Toledo, a foundation that helped shape his analytical approach and commitment to problem solving. Matt is dedicated to fostering strong teams, improving technical capabilities, and supporting the EM community through reliable, responsive service and continuous organizational improvement.
