2026 Plant America Garden Expo

The Weldon Spring Site Interpretive Center welcomes the O’Fallon Garden Club, Boone Country Garden Club, and MOGreen Future for the 2026 Plant America Garden Expo on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. CST. This event is free and open to all, and features more than 30 vendors, guest speakers, demonstrations, and several family-friendly activities.
Visitors can learn about gardening, nature, and biodiversity in your backyard. Vendors will have plants and crafts for sale, and food trucks will be available during the event.
In addition to the Plant America Garden Expo festivities, Weldon Spring Site Interpretive Center will be hosting family-friendly educational activities with a focus on biodiversity.

The Weldon Spring Site Interpretive Center is located in southwestern St. Charles County, Missouri,
approximately 30 miles west of St. Louis. It is located on Missouri State Route 94, 2 miles south of the Route 94 and U.S. Highway 40/61 junction.Parking is free and available steps away from the interpretive center and the event.
Visitor safety is LM’s utmost priority - this event is outdoors, so please wear weather-appropriate clothing and bring sunscreen. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated throughout the day. Visitors are welcome to bring water bottles to the event and can purchase water and nonalcoholic beverages at participating food trucks. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
The 2026 Plant America Garden Expo is a rain or shine event. However, the event may be paused, evacuated, or cancelled because of inclement weather, including but not limited to flooding, tornadoes, or as directed by emergency personnel. Weldon Spring Site Interpretive Center staff will monitor weather conditions to ensure the safest event possible. If severe weather requires an evacuation or visitors to seek temporarily shelter, please follow interpretive center staff’s instructions.
