DOE ordered Lettoi, LLC (“Lettoi”) to pay a $50,000 civil penalty after finding Lettoi had failed to certify that certain models of faucet and water closet comply with the applicable water conservation standards. The Order adopted a Settlement Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and Lettoi.
